About The Position
As a Software Product & Customer Communication Intern at IDEXX, you’ll have the opportunity to gain real-world experience in the exciting world of data management and customer relations, working alongside experienced professionals who will mentor and guide you throughout your internship. You will manage customer communication lists, develop and maintain communication lists associated with retiring a software platform, ensuring accurate and timely updates to our customers. Additionally, you will perform precise data entry to ensure our records are up-to-date and correctly reflect the transition process of our software platform. This role allows you to collaborate and innovate in a dynamic and inclusive environment where you can voice your ideas, learn from experts, and bring innovative solutions to the table.
