Partnering with senior leadership, you'll lead initiatives as groups adopt Gen AI tools and workflows, new technical standards and best practices, and expand their knowledge of our codebase. Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree and 3 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree, or equivalent experience) is required.

Nice To Haves

  • BA or MA, ideally in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in a software development organization.
  • Experience in software development life cycle.
  • Exceptional communication skills including clear and concise writing, an engaging presentation style and strong group facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and roles to get results and build strong relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of software development concepts, practices, and tools used at MathWorks and within the industry.
  • Lead organizational adoption of new content, technologies, Gen AI tools and workflows, processes, and standards through thoughtful change management strategies.
  • Partner with senior leaders to identify issues and opportunities related to software development standards.
  • Develop clear, well-scoped problem statements and drive related projects to completion.
  • Identify and collect metrics and KPIs for adoption, success, and progress against business drivers.
  • Analyze and report to stakeholders, business partners, and senior management.
  • Find creative ways to support staff member growth and learning, such as producing self-serve resources and instructor-led training events.
