About The Position

"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking an experienced Software Platform Developer (UKG Administrator) to support the day-to-day administration, optimization, and configuration of UKG Telestaff and Workforce Management (WFM) modules. This role is responsible for ensuring system functionality, data integrity, compliance, and seamless integration with HR and payroll systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UKG Workforce Management and Telestaff administration, along with hands-on experience in reporting, integrations, and compliance management.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in UKG Workforce Management administration (Pay Policies, Employment Terms).
  • Strong expertise in UKG Telestaff administration (Work Codes, Dynamic Values, Tag References).
  • Hands-on experience with UKG reporting and analytics.
  • Experience integrating UKG with other enterprise HR and payroll systems.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and maintain UKG Telestaff and Workforce Management (WFM) modules.
  • Manage user access, security roles, workflows, and system permissions in alignment with best practices and organizational policies.
  • Configure time and attendance components including: Pay Policies Employment Terms Work Codes Hiring Rules Dynamic Values Tag References
  • Ensure proper integration between UKG and internal HR/payroll systems.
  • Perform manual data imports, exports, and system updates as needed.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users.
  • Escalate system issues to UKG support and ensure timely resolution.
  • Develop and generate customized reports (time & attendance, payroll, compliance, etc.).
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Recommend and implement system enhancements and best practices.
  • Lead product updates, new feature implementations, and system upgrades.
  • Conduct testing of upgrades and enhancements to validate functionality.
  • Deliver training sessions for new and existing users.
  • Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to key stakeholders.
