About The Position

NVIDIA is seeking an experienced Software Manager to lead a team developing the NVLINK switch Operation System (OS) and firmware. In this role you will be playing a critical role in developing our OS and firmware which are critical to NVIDIA's next generation networking technologies, and enable large-scale deployment in High-Performance Computing (HPC) data centers. Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or similar technical field or equivalent experience
• 8+ overall years of overall technical experience; 3+ years of experience managing a team
• Python/C/C++ programming skills
• Experience leading teams in developing software/firmware, and mentoring
• Ability to self-teach and to learn quickly

• Building AI flows, agents, for enhancing the development efficiency

Responsibilities

• Managing and leading a high impact team of software and firmware developers
• Serving as the primary technical point of contact for strategic customers, leading major customer integrations with our NVLINK technology
• Owning development of major features end-to-end
• Being actively hands-on (50%) in OS software coding and debugging
• Collaborating with off-shore teams
