We are currently looking for a Software Renewals Manager based in Dublin, Ohio supporting our Information Systems Management software solutions.   • Managing a renewal sales team.
  • Training, mentoring, coaching, and supervising renewal representatives.
  • Maintaining thorough knowledge of the organization's products/services.
  • Prioritizing and allocating resources.
  • Working with the field sales organization to ensure that renewal representatives are provided adequate support in the field.
  • Maintaining and developing strong channel partnerships.
  • Setting weekly targets and ensuring revenue quota is attained.
  • Managing Americas renewal sales targets for a specific business unit.
  • Managing accurate forecast for assigned business unit.
  • Maintaining intimate understanding of maintenance booking potential, renewal rate and loss analysis.
  • Sharing key findings with management.
  • Building out and executing product upsell.
  • Responsible for the development and performance of all renewals sales activities in assigned business unit.
  • Managing the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce.
  • Building a collaborative renewals selling model with our direct sales team.
  • Undergraduate degree and 4+ years related Inside Sales or Renewals experience.
  • 2+ years experience leading a team in management or team lead role.
  • Industry experience with Software or Technology highly desired.
  • Passion for retaining the existing customer base.
  • Proven track record of success in sales.
  • Experience with SFDC.
  • Must be able to work from our office located in Dublin, OH.
  • Graduate degree.
  • Experience in a fast-paced prospecting/outbound sales development role.
  • 6+ months of experience in an IT Sales-related environment.
