Join the Mechatronics Infrastructure Software Team as a Software Integration Manager (SWIM), and drive collaboration and success across multiple integration projects! You will coordinate across multiple Software Integration Leads (SWILs) to ensure the timely delivery of software builds, facilitate communication and alignment between SWILs and stakeholders regarding build progress, timelines, and challenges. You will manage schedules for multiple software builds, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure seamless integration. Additionally, you will oversee and prioritize build-related tasks across projects to ensure team efficiency and focus, collaborate with SWILs to troubleshoot and resolve complex software integration challenges, and serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders on integration project updates and milestones. You will maintain comprehensive documentation of integration plans, schedules, and outcomes, advocate for best practices in software integration, project management, and team collaboration, and provide guidance and mentorship to Integration Leads and team members to support their growth and success.
