About The Position

From seamless point-of-sale systems to integrated restaurant management solutions, every SpotOn tool is designed to help local businesses increase profits and create better experiences for their customers and employees. We are looking for a Software Implementation Specialist to join our Integrations team! This includes set up of accounts, training of staff and managers on the use of the product via Zoom, and monitoring the account until it is through the trial period. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator (written and verbal) who’s able to earn our clients’ trust. Knowledge of restaurants and how they operate is a bonus!
