As a Software Implementation Project Manager, you’ll lead cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, on-time software deployments across the Central Midwest. You’ll manage client relationships, resolve risks, and ensure each implementation drives measurable value.

Assist project managers with multiple projects, analyzing forecasts, maintaining key dates, and managing risks.
Facilitate daily management for the Central Midwest zone, ensuring standardization, preparing agendas, documenting meetings, and updating dashboards.
Coordinate with sales and project teams to set up new projects, handle missing presales assets, and lead daily presales meetings.
Identify and optimize processes for better productivity and provide technical support during go-live.
Oversee order management activities, document and track meeting actions, and ensure timely project delivery and performance improvement.

2+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or operations.
Proficiency with project management software.
Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration or a related field of study, or 6+ years of relevant experience without a bachelor’s degree.
Proven ability to handle multiple cross-functional projects and competing priorities.
