As a Software Implementation Consultant you will serve as the primary point-of-contact for our global clients throughout the implementation of our software solutions. You will provide system configuration, testing, training and troubleshooting working closely with a team of both functional and technical resources. Requirements
- Four-year bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering, business or related field
- 1 year of experience working in a client/customer facing role within a supply chain or software organization preferred
- 50-75% travel required.
- 1 year of experience with database troubleshooting (SQL)
- 1 year of experience deploying software
- Flexible in supporting our clients and able to work flexible schedules, which could include working weekends, evenings, holidays, and rotating shift schedules based on business needs
