Requirements

• Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies. Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field of study plus five (5) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and two (2) years of related experience.
• Work Experience. Two (2) years of experience must include: Transactional, distributed SaaS applications; Java; Server-side application frameworks, including JSP, Servlet and Spring; ORMs, including Hibernate; Building and supporting software libraries used by multiple teams; Agile/Scrum development framework; Database query optimization (MYSQL or other RDBMS); Functional Programming; Distributed Microservice Architecture; Spring Boot; Test Driven Development; Restful web services; and Secure Coding Practices.

• Responsibilities. Responsible for participating in designing, building, and integrating new and software existing application components. Collaborate with scrum teams to solve complex technical problems. Work with product owners to continuously evolve our cloud-based enterprise software products working within an agile development framework. Define standards and patterns to ensure quality and velocity of software products. Review and create system, software, and functional design specifications. Participate in API-driven microservices-based architecture and Python-based API test automation. Assist in responding to customer software production issues.
