Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the tech team to ensure project completion.

• Engage in coding activities, primarily using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and MongoDB.
• Oversee the integration of AI/ML frameworks into projects.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or similar role in software engineering.
• Strong coding skills in Next.js, React, TypeScript, and MongoDB.
• Experience in managing and delegating tasks to engineers.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members.
