About The Position
CSEngineering is looking to add a Software Engineering Support to our growing team! This position involves performing software maintenance activities, supporting the sustainment and agile life cycle upgrades of the SUASMAN web application. The role requires ensuring comprehensive software documentation, developing and maintaining Software Design Documents (SDD), and managing change, incident, and release management recorded in the Change Management Database (CMDB). Additionally, the position includes providing monthly technical, performance, and financial reports to the COR for capital planning and investment control, as well as technical assistance in the development of user documentation. The candidate will also produce content for the Configuration Control Board (CCB) working group and provide training to the Help Desk manager on newer capabilities of the web application. The role requires collaboration with SUAS Operations to identify reporting requirements and assist the government in preparing responses to taskers from USAF staffs, units, and USSOCOM regarding UAS. The candidate will also collaborate with peripheral network managers to develop source control repositories and integrate with pipeline tools licenses to support DevOps.
