We are responsible for the core tooling that powers communications across channels, integrating deeply with the Salesforce Platform, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Next. This team is at the forefront of this mission, responsible for building the next generation of intelligent AI agents on Agentforce to drive massive productivity gains and unlock new marketing capabilities. Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced senior engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be a hands-on contributor, responsible for driving the design, architecture, and implementation of our advanced AI agent platform. You will focus on building solutions that span the Salesforce Platform and Marketing Cloud Next, leveraging Agentforce, AI, RAG, and LLMs. This role requires a quality-first mentality and a deep technical focus on building robust, reliable, and performant systems. We are looking for an engineer who not only shows deep expertise in the Salesforce Platform and Agentforce, but also acts as a constructive partner with product teams, asking deep clarifying questions to understand the 'why' behind their tasks.
