Lead tech modernization to transition from COTS to modern technology stack. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with External SaaS providers, product management, and design teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Engineering Excellence: Establish and promote best practices in software engineering, including Agile methodologies. Talent Acquisition & Development: Recruit, onboard, and develop talented software engineers and engineering leaders. Architecture & Design: Provide technical guidance and feedback on product designs and architectures, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. Continuous Improvement: Drive improvements in the engineering delivery pipeline, reducing cycle time and enhancing quality. Technical Problem Solving: Craft and execute technical modernization plan to migrate to a modern tech stack without impacting business objective. Identify and resolve major technical roadblocks and risks, ensuring successful product delivery. Knowledge Sharing: Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across multiple product teams. OKR Alignment: Partner with product leadership to establish and track key results aligned with business objectives.
