We're building innovative digital products and services that streamline appointments, enhance remote services, and create a seamless, customer-centric journey. We partner closely with Ford and Lincoln dealerships and various Dealer Management System (DMS) / Service Lane Tool providers. Our team is passionate about using a lean, human-centered approach to solve complex problems. As a Software Engineering Senior Manager at Ford Motor Company, you will play a key role in transforming the Ford | Lincoln Service Reservation+ platform, enhancing the automotive service experience through cutting-edge digital products.

Requirements

• Proven experience in software engineering and management.
• Strong analytical skills and expertise in software development.
• Experience with modern tech stacks and software delivery best practices.
