About The Position

The job profile for this position is Software Engineering Senior Advisor, which is a Band 4 Contributor Career Track Role with Cigna-Evernorth Services Inc. Responsibilities- • Design, develop, and implement test automation throughout healthcare enterprise provider applications to increase provider partners’ access to accounts and claims; • Use AWS (Amazon Web Services) to develop applications; • Perform test design, test execution, defect management, and test closure in Agile/Scrum environment; • Define test processes, including required test activities, deliverables, and test schedules; • Participate in all phases of sprint functional testing, integration testing, and regression testing; • Develop integration tests to ensure generated test cases cover wide ranges of scenarios; • Perform manual/exploratory testing when needed; • Develop and execute comprehensive suites of automation test plans and test cases for inclusion in regression and automation testing for newly integrated features; • Develop tool sets to augment Quality Assurance (QA) and development testing; • Work with stakeholders, including legal, compliance, data governance, and IT teams to gather/document business and functional requirements, convert business requirements into functional/technical specifications, and ensure proper testing and deployment; • Define test data conditions through collaboration with stakeholders and work with data teams to obtain relevant data; • Generate compressive test cases based on functional/technical specifications; • Log, track, and triage defects and their upstream and downstream effects on back- end and front-end architectural modules; and • Analyze regression and smoke test failure patterns. • Hybrid Work Schedule. • The base annual salary for this position is $149,901 with standard company benefits. Qualifications- • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or related; • 4 years of experience in software testing; • Experience with automation test plan development; • Experience with test case development; • Experience with sprint functional testing; • Experience with integration testing; • Experience with regression testing; • Experience with SQL; • Experience with Dynamo DB; • Experience with Jira; • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS); • Experience with Agile/Scrum; • Experience with Selenium; and • Experience with GitLab. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 130,200 - 217,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
