Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Software Quality Assurance and Engineering.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing QA teams.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development, automated test architecture, and test design.
• Experience in financial services or Banking-as-a-Service solutions is preferred.
• Familiarity with modern cloud and programming technologies (e.g., Azure, TypeScript, Datadog).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Experience in agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Comfort with fast-paced, startup-like environments and rapidly changing priorities.

• Experience in financial services or Banking-as-a-Service solutions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, promoting a culture of “quality as a feature.”
• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, strategies, and quality assurance processes for software projects.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Business, and Partner teams to translate requirements into actionable test plans.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to QA best practices from design through deployment.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to deliver high-quality software efficiently.
• Establish KPIs, SLAs, and dashboards to monitor testing effectiveness, software quality, and continuous improvement.
• Leverage AI and LLM tools to automate test creation, execution, and reporting.
• Act as a liaison between QA, Engineering, and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
