In this role, you will define project requirements and drive the development of tools based on specific study designs. You will guide the design and integration of data collection, analysis, and study monitoring processes to facilitate swift vendor onboarding. Your responsibilities will include scoping and prioritizing features and bug fixes, representing the team in project meetings, and fostering best engineering practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality software that adheres to privacy, security, and clinical compliance guidelines. You will be responsible for communicating project definitions, roadmaps, plans, schedules, and statuses to executives and multi-functional teams. As a fearless organizer, you will partner with highly skilled software and hardware teams to brainstorm ideas, identify viable approaches, and mitigate potential risks to the execution plan. Your ability to work with large, matrixed teams will promote cross-team technology sharing, and you will interact with various engineering design fields, data analysis teams, and additional project management teams.
