As a Software Engineering Manager at Fetch, you will play a critical role in both driving technical excellence and fostering the growth of a high-performing team. You will manage a group of engineers, while also having your hands in the code, building and reviewing critical parts of our applications. When you’re not making technical contributions, you will focus on team building, coaching, performance management, career development, and organizational improvements. This role gives you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through mentorship, cross-functional partnership, and building a strong technical foundation. You’ll partner cross-functionally with product, design, and other engineering leaders to drive outcomes, not just output. You’ll be in a position of trust, teaching and mentoring ICs, with a focus on improving both technical craftsmanship and team health.
