Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 3 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization.
• Knowledge or full stack development or networking.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team technically by contributing to defining the new architecture of systems that automate the management of NextGEN network systems.
• Prioritize teams deliverables to ensure smooth, quality and timely execution of deliverables.
• Work with partner teams to understand their requirements and build systems that ensure that changes are correctly applied to the network.
• Anticipate scaling bottlenecks or shifts in usage, increase availability and reliability, or make data-driven optimizations and adjustments.
