Duties: Deliver automation services and streamline processes for business operations and servicing teams. Develop applications within an Agile/Scrum feature team. Conduct end-to-end solution development, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and support. Build custom UI enhancements to support various banking lines. Identify systemic issues and create guardrails to mitigate risks. Coordinate with feature teams for monthly production releases and post-deployment support. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to standards and frameworks. Manage a feature team to externalize the Loan IQ UI. This position requires up to 30% domestic travel to client sites. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field of study plus 6 years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineering Manager, Software Engineer, Project Manager, IT Analyst, or related occupation. Skills Required: This position requires six (6) years of experience with the following: working on the industry application Loan IQ with functional and technical domain experience in traditional commercial loan product offerings; building interfaces to automate payments, loan repricing, and trades using Java , Kubernetes, Loan IQ Batch, SDK, API frameworks, Kafka, JSON, and REST API; working with finance and traditional loan accounting to identify and resolve financial breaks through loan transaction history and General Ledger reviews; using the Loan IQ data model to write complex queries and create reports for business reviews to be displayed within Loan IQ UI via SDK navigating business objects and MyBatis; resolving data defects by providing data fixes using SQL in Oracle Database; designing and developing Loan IQ enhancements and performing independent testing, performance tuning, and debugging utilizing tools including LIQ scripting editor, scripted batch frameworks, and APIs; performing code reviews, and overseeing the end-to-end SDLC process using Bitbucket and integrated development tools including IntelliJ, Eclipse, VSCode, and Liquibase.
