About The Position

OASYS, INC. is seeking experienced Software Manager to be part of a team developing missile defense technology that could forever change our ability to deter and respond to adversity. In this role, you will lead software engineering teams through the software development lifecycle following the program Software Development Plan (SDP) to include requirements analysis, object-oriented analysis & design, code & unit test, integration, and support to formal test/delivery. Requirements

  • Standard teaming: Ability to work with multi-disciplined teams
  • Experience working embedded software development
  • Experience leading software development teams
  • Experience managing software development projects
  • Experience with Earned Value Reporting
  • This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
