About The Position

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our team in developing challenging software that will be deployed in the real world. This position will help the team execute effectively through technical guidance, careful prioritization, and using best practices for complex software systems.

Requirements

• MSc in computer science or related field from a top institution
• 4+ years industry experience in software engineering
• 2+ years experience in leading teams with varied backgrounds
• Experience with deploying software to hardware components with rigorous verification and validation

Nice To Haves

• Hands-on experience in deploying on-vehicle system in the real world
• Working knowledge of frontend, API layer, containerization, or cluster orchestration frameworks (such as React, GraphQL, Docker, or Kubernetes)
