Software Development Manager - Topics Core Platform Why We Have This Role We are on a mission to retire a legacy interface and replace it with a new Text Analytics platform, a modern, AI-native designer experience for our rule editing software. As the Engineering Manager for this team, you will lead a distributed team of high-caliber engineers across Provo and Seattle to bridge the gap between decades of existing functionality and the future of natural language rule-authoring. You’ll partner closely with UX, Product, and Backend teams to ensure that Discover’s core logic isn't just modernized, but fundamentally transformed through native AI integration. How You’ll Find Success Technical Depth: You aren't afraid to get into the weeds. You can hold your own in architecture discussions and understand the "how" behind the "what."
