Requirements

In-depth working knowledge of at least one object-oriented compiled, statically-typed language (Java, Go, C++, etc)
Solid experience in developing/maintaining large scale micro services using public cloud technologies such as AWS
Experience in test-driven development with focus on unit testing, integration testing and end-to-end automation
A related technical degree required.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, test and deliver highly scalable features/solutions to build Agentforce runtime platform that are used by millions of end users and thousands of customer service agents.
Drive the execution and delivery of features by collaborating with architects, product owners, engineers, user experience designers and data scientists
Champion best practices and policies, guide and collaborate with the team on leveraging such practices.
