  • Creating and implementing comprehensive learning strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to assess learning needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Overseeing the design and curation of learning content leveraging digital tools and platforms.
  • Using data to evaluate learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Prioritizing competing training needs and requests for greatest business impact.
  • Managing the training budget accordingly.
  • Leading learning initiatives that support organizational change and transformation efforts.
  • 10+ years of experience in the corporate learning and development space.
  • Experience with human-centered learning design, performance consulting, instructional design, learning technologies, and data analysis.
  • Experience with visionary leadership, change leadership, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience with programming languages, such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++, and software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, or DevOps.
  • Knowledge of development tools and environments in software engineering such as GitHub, Visual Studio or JIRA.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking, business acumen, problem-solving, collaboration, and AI literacy.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with LMS and LXP systems.
  • Experience developing cohort-based learning experiences.
