About The Position

As a Learning Strategist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative learning strategies that align with organizational goals. You will analyze business needs, define learning objectives, and collaborate with stakeholders to create impactful learning experiences. This role bridges the gap between business strategy and employee development, ensuring the workforce has the skills needed for success.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the corporate learning and development space.
• Experience with human-centered learning design, performance consulting, instructional design, learning technologies, and data analysis.
• Experience with visionary leadership, change leadership, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with programming languages, such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++, and software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, or DevOps.
• Knowledge of development tools and environments in software engineering such as GitHub, Visual Studio or JIRA.
• Ability to apply critical thinking, business acumen, problem-solving, collaboration, and AI literacy.
• Bachelor's degree.
