Requirements

8+ years of professional software engineering experience in large-scale web applications.
3+ years of engineering management experience leading multiple teams.
Proven track record in shipping B2B or enterprise self-serve products.
Hands-on experience with modern web stacks, including both front-end and back-end technologies.
Experience in establishing quality and reliability metrics for customer-facing systems.
Ability to effectively align priorities across multiple cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Lead two Ads Manager teams, ensuring high-quality advertiser experiences across multiple platforms.
Own the strategy and execution for a diverse portfolio of web-based products.
Collaborate deeply with Product, Design, and sister engineering teams for cohesive solutions.
Establish engineering excellence in code quality and system reliability.
Recruit and retain top technical talent while fostering an inclusive team culture.
Work with analytics teams to provide timely and accurate reporting for advertisers.
Ensure compliance with security and data standards while building scalable APIs.
Communicate project progress and risks clearly to all stakeholders.
