You will join Hitachi Digital Services’ Financial Services Delivery team, supporting a highly respected regional banking client based in Texas. This team delivers mission-critical, regulated enterprise platforms and works closely with client stakeholders to modernize core banking systems using Java, cloud, AI, and data engineering. You’ll lead a large, globally distributed engineering organization, collaborating across onshore and offshore teams to drive high-quality, secure, and compliant solutions. As a Java Technical Lead, you will provide end-to-end technical leadership for a large-scale banking engagement, owning architecture, delivery, and team performance. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will:
