We’re seeking Software Engineering Interns to join our Internal Engineering team, a group that builds the tools, applications, and infrastructure that power MongoDB’s internal operations. The team partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the company - especially our go-to-market (GTM) and business systems teams - to improve productivity and leverage AI to make data more actionable. Interns will work on projects that span both application development and infrastructure, contributing to systems that enhance internal decision-making and streamline workflows across departments. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with AI-driven applications, APIs, and internal tooling used by MongoDB employees every day.
