We are currently looking for students seeking to complete a summer internship in Software Engineering (June and July 2026) at Cardinal Health. What a Software Engineering Intern contributes to Cardinal Health Interns work on software projects and code bases to deliver internal tooling or user-facing functionality, executing work according to guidance. Employees in this category are assumed to be in a learning or support mode for a temporary period of time. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in related field (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, etc.)
  • A current transcript of records.
  • Effectively applies knowledge of job and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of assignments
  • Demonstrate entry-level expertise in software design and development
  • Applies advanced skills to resolve complex problems with some guidance
  • Works independently within established procedures; receive general guidance on new assignments
