Requirements

  • Must be an enrolled college student completing a bachelor’s or graduate program in a technology related field such as computer science, computer engineering, or information systems.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.3 or above.
  • Letter detailing what the student hopes to gain from the internship.
  • Resourcefulness in finding information and answers, highly motivated.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of a scripting language such as Python.
  • Ability to develop queries utilizing a query language such as T-SQL.
  • Have completed education in or experience with C#, Java, or C++.
  • Ability to prioritize/execute to achieve desired project goals and prudence and sense of urgency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capacity to learn and apply new concepts quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Dedication to helping others.

Responsibilities

  • As a Smart View intern you will help migrate existing software and tooling to modern solutions.
  • Examples include, resolving cybersecurity flaws, enhancing or creating APIs and related interoperability related components, creation of automated tests to enhance CI/CD pipelines, or refining our documentation library to facilitate product creation.
