Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Programming, Information Science, Engineering with/software, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Time management skills and working within defined timelines.
  • A collaborative, solution-focused mindset and overall sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work independently with guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Categories of work: Application features backlog, system monitoring enhancements, database technical debt, new application development tasks, and frontend retrofitting work.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to ongoing activities as part of projects assigned.
  • Identify and suggest implementation of specific changes to processes and tools to improve performance, efficiency, and customer/client satisfaction.
  • Fulfill tasks and responsibilities assigned by a supervisor in a timely and efficient manner.
