Opportunity Overview In this role, the ideal candidate will: Work with experienced software engineers to design, implement, test, and deploy software components for the UltraFLEX/UltraFLEXPlus family of Automated Test Equipment Work with software verification engineers to devise, document and execute effective test strategies and plans This role has some hybrid flexibility however the candidate must be able to work on-site at the North Reading office.

Requirements

  • Able to clearly express your ideas and concepts both written and verbally
  • Capable to do object-oriented software design, and implementation
  • Proficiency in C++, C# and .NET development or Java
  • Solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms, and operating systems (Windows, Linux)
  • Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Design and Programming Concepts
  • Experience with development tools: Visual Studio, Clearcase/Git
  • Current student at an accredited college or university
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with Computer Science Minor
  • GPA of 3.5 out of 4 or better
  • Prior coop/intern experience preferred
  • Demonstrated organizational qualities through projects or extracurricular activities

Nice To Haves

  • Basic analog circuit design and prior ATE experience is a plus.
