The empirical internship program is a best-in-class experience that provides students with a unique opportunity to work in a privately held, leading-edge manufacturing technology company. This internship program is designed to help identify future leaders while allowing interns to experience the company culture and explore various career paths available at Empirical. Internships are temporary summer positions lasting approximately 10-12 weeks, during which each intern will be assigned specific projects that contribute actively to the manufacturing organization. This hands-on experience will help interns build a comprehensive understanding of their desired field. Throughout the internship, interns will have the chance to collaborate with internal teams on their assigned projects and engage with upper management to reflect on their personal and professional development. Based on performance during the internship, all interns will be considered for full-time positions if applicable. The company also provides housing when needed and arranges various intern activities, including sporting events, dinners, and team lunches, to foster socializing, professional development, and a deeper understanding of the company.
