Salesforce Inc. seeks Software Engineering AMTS in San Francisco, CA. The role involves using existing playbooks reviewed by senior engineers for Running-The-Business tasks including resolving customer tickets, upgrading software dependencies, etc. The candidate will participate in code reviews and testing of new features to help develop the tools/systems that the team is committed to providing. Responsibilities include formulating, implementing, and evaluating algorithms for platform and application features in C#/Java, Python, Golang, SQL. The candidate will work closely with Product Management and Technical Operations to develop, test, and deploy highly useful, high-quality software. Additionally, the role requires analyzing, designing, and developing test cases and implementing automated test suites as required, as well as resolving complex technical issues for deployed apps/services on Platform such as AWS and Kubernetes and driving innovation that improves the Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
