About The Position

The Software Engineer position within the Missile Defense Program at Actalent involves contributing to the design and development of critical algorithms for Battle Management (BM) and Sensor Resource Management (SRM). The role focuses on ensuring software performance, analyzing mission data, and reporting results to stakeholders, all while supporting a vital missile defense capability.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Systems, or similar engineering field.
• 0 years of experience with a Master's degree in STEM.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• Experience in the missile defense domain, including engagement management, sensor management, and algorithm development.
• Proficiency in MATLAB, Java, Git, Eclipse, Unix, and Linux.
