Job duties include designing, developing, and implementing customized enterprise-wide software applications and packages to meet the client's internal and external business needs. The role involves reviewing, fixing, and modifying software programs to ensure technical accuracy, reliability, and scalability. Responsibilities also include analyzing specifications, communications, data points, and programming requirements gathered per client's requests and approvals. The Software Engineer will adhere to the software development life cycle process, best practices, and procedures. Additional duties include coordinating installation, implementation, upgrades, migration, porting, and synchronization of software applications, coding, programming, testing, debugging, and maintaining software applications. The position also requires training end-users on the use of software applications and providing troubleshooting and debugging support. Furthermore, the engineer will administer and maintain production systems running on multiple technology frameworks and environments to reduce downtime and eliminate application performance issues.
