Position Summary: The NetSuite Product Development team is looking for a collaborative Software Engineer ready to grow into a technical leader. This position will contribute to existing products and systems through new market-facing features and enhancements, while developing skills in technical leadership and mentorship. SPS values collaboration and a passion for learning. You'll work closely with Product & Customer Success stakeholders, actively contribute new ideas, and be responsible for delivering clean code while guiding the team toward technical excellence.

Requirements

• A combination of 5 years post-secondary education and software development experience
• Experience with Agile, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Java, Cloud technologies
• Proven ability to write quality code and tests that are maintainable, accurate, and follow best practices
• Hands-on experience with software development practices and problem-solving skills
• Experience in modern frameworks such as React
• Strong communication skills to facilitate technical discussions and proactively communicate status and risks
• Collaborative mindset and ability to balance multiple tasks concurrently
• No NetSuite understanding required

Responsibilities

• Contribute meaningfully to technical discussions and eventually lead technical planning sessions
• Collaborate effectively with other teams to ensure seamless integration across systems
• Work with the team to design, develop, test, and debug new and existing software
• Build influence within the team by providing well-reasoned technical perspectives
• Reduce complexity through automation and scaling solutions
• Participate in peer reviews and pair programming, with opportunities to mentor team members
• Handle technically ambiguous problems by breaking them down into clear, actionable solutions
