MicroStrategy, Inc., dba Strategy seeks Software Engineer in Tysons Corner, VA. The role involves working within an agile development team and leading at an engineering level the design, development, testing, and debugging of software components and products. The candidate will proactively participate in every aspect of the entire life cycle of feature development, including input on requirements, designs, implementation, test design, test implementation, optimization, and delivery. Responsibilities also include participating in peer code reviews, knowledge sharing, and SCRUM meetings, as well as taking ownership of cross-team issues and product delivery issues, including pro-actively communicating across teams to coordinate activities. Telecommuting is an option, but some travel to MicroStrategy, Inc.'s Tysons Corner, VA office is required.
