Core Investment Systems team is responsible for developing technology solutions supporting Arrowstreet Capital’s investment services and operations. We leverage technology to automate business processes introducing solutions using a combination of custom development and packaged platforms. The Core Investment Systems team provides services and capabilities to our business users that are essential to the firm’s ability to deliver sustained alpha and to meet our fiduciary commitment to our clients. The ideal candidate is a self-driven, team-oriented hands-on engineer who enjoys working on complex problems as part of a team. This role is responsible for designing and implementing software solutions which take complex investment processes and bring them to life.
