As a Software Engineer, you’ll leverage advanced AI, cloud, and automation to transform provider-facing solutions. We seek resourceful engineers who, once given direction, take ownership and move projects ahead independently translating objectives into impactful solutions with minimal oversight.

  • Deliver scalable, AI-powered software solutions for provider technologies.
  • Lead automation and orchestration of business processes.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
  • Foster transparent, cross-functional collaboration.
  • Optimize system performance and cost-efficiency using AI-driven insights.
  • Support ongoing enhancements and strategic initiatives.
  • Integrate systems with a focus on experience and purposeful outcomes.
  • Advanced experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure), including Function Apps, Logic Apps, and integration services.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, .NET, or similar, plus hands-on experience in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure ML).
  • Proven ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive projects forward once given direction.
  • Experience with design thinking, customer journey mapping, automation, and troubleshooting complex systems.
  • Proficiency with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of experience in software development.
  • Experience with Tools/Technologies like Azure, C#/.Net and SQL.
  • Experience maintaining and documenting data storage, user interfaces, & backend systems.
  • Serve on successful implementations of projects.
  • Experience with Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD) and Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) practices including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining different authorization and authentication processes.
  • Experience with distributed computing and enterprise-wide systems.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts across varying audiences.
  • Healthcare or provider tech experience; knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience supporting large-scale integrations and partner collaborations.
  • Knowledge of database structures, data analysis, and accessing information through APIs.
  • Exposure to generative AI, conversational AI, or intelligent automation frameworks.
  • Track record of driving continuous improvement and process optimization.
