Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Design innovative software architectures that meet client requirements. Lead brainstorming sessions to generate creative solutions for complex challenges. Mentor junior team members to foster a collaborative learning environment. Continuously evaluate and improve existing software solutions for enhanced performance. Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine project objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of work experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Snowflake Platform is required.
- HS Diploma/ GED
- Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States.
Nice To Haves
- Advanced proficiency in Agile Business Analysis is recommended.
- Advanced proficiency in Artificial Intelligence AI, Data Analytics, and Mulesoft Development is suggested.
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree
