  • Providing technical support and performing ongoing maintenance for SSEE systems
  • Serving as a point of contact for projects involving modern software development practices and industry-standard SDLC methodologies
  • Installing and configuring tools for Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), and continuous monitoring
  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining DevSecOps practices for secure, on-premises deployments
  • Working closely with engineers, analysts, and government personnel to ensure project requirements and objectives are fully met

  • Engaging with third-party vendors to integrate new capabilities
  • Overseeing technical design, implementation, interface documentation, and baseline updates required for capability acceptance
  • Integrating a range of COTS, GOTS, and open-source applications into existing RHEL and CentOS environments
  • Requires an active DoD TS/SCI security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience supporting DoD/Navy enterprise systems
  • Three or more years of professional experience in computer design, software development, or computer networks
  • Two or more years in a systems engineering or software engineering role
  • One or more years working in Agile/Scrum development environments
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as C, C++, and Java
  • Ability to develop algorithms, analyze problems, and implement solutions
  • Capable of researching, designing, developing, and testing both hardware and software systems
  • Working knowledge of VMware vCenter and/or other virtualization platforms
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Ansible, PowerShell, Bash, JavaScript, or equivalent
  • Security+ certification required, or must be obtained within 6 months of hire
  • Demonstrated ability to work with classified information and operate within secure environments, adhering to strict security protocols
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities
  • Proven ability to collaborate across functional teams and manage technical coordination effectively
  • Direct experience with Navy NIWC PAC or NIWC LANT initiatives
  • Familiarity with integration workflows and system engineering processes
  • Knowledge of the SSEE-Family of Systems and Mission Module Integration Systems
  • Proficiency with Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, Confluence, and related toolchains
  • Strongly preferred experience with tactical waveform development and implementation in software-defined radio (SDR) systems
  • Familiarity with DoD T&E processes, including test planning, execution, and data analysis
  • Understanding of software development regulations and data rights under the DoD acquisition framework
  • Hands-on experience across the entire SDLC, to include requirements, design, coding, testing, and deployment
  • Proficiency in languages used for GPPs, DSPs, and FPGAs is highly desirable
  • Skilled in analyzing specifications, ensuring development of high-quality, portable, and reusable software components
  • Strong administrative, communication, leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with DoD knowledge management tools, such as Flank Speed and SharePoint
  • Understanding of military communication systems and protocols, particularly for technical documentation and support roles
