We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our growing team. This position is part of the Bypass team, which develops and maintains an innovative weigh station bypass platform designed for commercial fleets and drivers across North America. The Bypass solution leverages real-time information to simplify weigh station bypass and keep trucks moving. This saves fleets time, keeps costs under control, enhances road safety, and gets drivers to their destinations sooner.   • Design, develop, test, and maintain .NET applications and APIs using best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, update, and enhance existing software, demonstrating ownership and sound design decisions.
  • Ensure software quality through rigorous testing, debugging, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product management, QA, and infrastructure—to deliver software that meets user requirements.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies to support iterative development and continuous improvement.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps, Git, and Visual Studio for CI/CD, version control, and development activities.
  • Support peer learning and share technical expertise to help elevate team capabilities.
  • Promote security, reliability, and compliance across software solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience in .NET development using C#.
  • Experience writing APIs.
  • Understanding of database concepts and SQL.
  • Working knowledge of the C# language, Visual Studio, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
  • Experience with object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Git.
  • Experience with Azure cloud services.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience using Postman and Swagger.
  • Experience with observability tools such as Datadog.
