About The Position

Duties: Design, develop and implement software solutions. Solve business problems through innovation and engineering practices. Involved in all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including analyzing requirements, incorporating architectural standards into application design specifications, documenting application specifications, translating technical requirements into programmed application modules, and developing or enhancing software application modules. Identify or troubleshoot application code-related issues. Take active role in code reviews to ensure solutions are aligned to pre-defined architectural specifications. Assist with design reviews by recommending ways to incorporate requirements into designs and information or data flows. Participate in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts, and team members to analyze business requirements and outline proposed solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, IT Consultant, or related occupation.
  • Experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud across various modules such as Payroll, Absence, and Benefits.
  • Experience utilizing HCM Extracts and BI Publisher tools for designing and developing outbound interfaces and reports.
  • Experience designing analytic reports and dashboards using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) tool.
  • Experience using HCM Data Loader for designing and developing inbound interfaces.
  • Experience working with HCM Fast Formulas for use in reporting, interfaces, and various modules such as Benefits or Absence to achieve business functionality.
  • Experience utilizing Oracle SQL performance tuning to make the reports and integrations execute faster and better utilization of system resources.
  • Experience using Human Capital Management Security to provide appropriate access of the reports and integrations to end users and create various types of Absence Plans and Absence Types to manage leave management across different countries.
