About The Position

Duties: Develop and maintain enterprise-grade Salesforce applications. Design scalable solutions across multiple Salesforce Clouds such as Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, Financial Services, Health, and Revenue Cloud. Build and manage CRMA dashboards, datasets, and dataflows for actionable insights. Optimize performance for large data volumes using indexing, skinny tables, and archiving. Gather and translate requirements into technical solutions using Agile practices. Conduct code reviews, mentor peers, and enforce design, security, and scalability best practices. Translate complex business needs into scalable, compliant technical solutions. Administer Salesforce orgs including security models, sharing rules, and automation tools. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Applied Computer Science, Computer Science, or related field of study plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Salesforce Consultant, Technical Architect, IT Consultant, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Applied Computer Science, Computer Science, or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Salesforce Consultant, Technical Architect, IT Consultant, or related occupation..
