Want to push the limit of digital possibilities? Start here. As a developer in Product Control team, you will be an integral part of the AMD Engineering Ecosystem. You will design and implement complex, scalable system for AMD back-office space. You will also participate in various projects and initiatives within Product Control technology while ensuring the scalability and integrity of the platform.

Requirements

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science or related Engineering Field
• 3+ years of Java development and other programming languages with experience in Object Oriented Analysis, Design and testing best practices
• Experience in building scalable and distributed platforms (AWS cloud technologies is a plus).
• Knowledge in one or more SQL dialects.
• Self-motivated with analytical mindset who can multi-task to solve interesting and difficult technical problems under time pressure and resource constraints
• Experience with all stages of the development lifecycle: inception, analysis, design, review, testing, and deployment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

• A background in data intensive applications and Batch Process.
• Experience in AWS Cloud technologies.
• Comfortable working in highly dynamic and rapid development environment (Agile development experience)
• Working knowledge/experience in the financial or banking industry
• Technologies & Tools: Java, Web/RESTful service development: HTML 5, JavaScript/ReactJS, JSON, SQL, testing and build tools
