Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years relevant experience
  • Strong foundation in software engineering principles, including the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern development practices
  • Proficiency in C/C++ (embedded systems preferred)
  • Experience working in Agile development environments
  • Experience with source control and collaborative development tools (e.g., GitLab, Synergy)
  • Experience developing and maintaining software requirements and technical documentation, including design, development, and test artifacts
  • Ability to rapidly learn new technologies and operate effectively in complex, evolving technical environments

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop resilient embedded software and hardware solutions for use in contested environments
  • Support development of tactical communications systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and end users to deliver mission-critical capabilities
  • Contribute across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements, design, implementation, testing, and deployment
  • Develop and integrate high-performance, reliable systems in complex and constrained environments
  • Participate in system integration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
  • Ensure solutions meet mission reliability, scalability, and operational requirements
  • Work closely with stakeholders to refine requirements and support real-world mission execution
