About The Position

Corvid is looking to add an experienced software developer/engineer to support application development related to Ballistic Missile Defense Systems (BMDS). This role will develop software technology that upgrades Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) functionality, including improving system performance when acquiring and analyzing large data sets. This position will join a blended team of highly technical engineers and scientists that work closely with the warfighter to continuously upgrade missile defense capabilities. Requirements

  • Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess at least a Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (or related discipline) and 5 years of relevant experience
  • Software development experience, specifically using Java (Python and Matlab are a plus)
  • Experience working in Linux environments

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with algorithm development and analysis
  • Experience with automated test, pipeline development, and container deployment techniques is desired
  • Familiarity with basic networking concepts (UDP, TCP/IP, network boundaries, firewalls) is a plus
