Requirements

  • Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a related field, or a foreign equivalent
  • Must have 3 years of experience in job offered or related occupation
  • Must have 3 years of experience in Core Java, Design patterns
  • Must have 3 years of experience in Spring Boot framework (MVC, AOP, ORM), Microservices Architecture

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate high-level roadmap vision into feasible feature specifications and deliverable
  • Design and develop the Zoom Contact Center core feature with Java using the Spring Boot framework
  • Create a secure and scalable service utilizing the latest cloud infrastructure technologies (i.e. Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs, AWS, NoSQL)
  • Drive cloud based test automation solutions and deployment strategy to optimize service performance and ensure product stability using AWS infrastructure (i.e. EC2, ECS, ElesticCache, S3)
  • build kinds of integrations and related add-on to the Contact Center service
